Read a label lately?
Most packaged food comes with a paragraph of ingredients: gums, syrups, stabilizers, things you’d never keep in your own kitchen. Seven Down runs on a simpler rule. If the recipe doesn’t need it, it doesn’t go in.
That’s the whole idea. Nothing we sell has more than seven ingredients, and every one of them is printed on the menu above. Baked in small batches, sold the same week, no shelf-life engineering required.

Aaron has cooked at every level of the trade, from restaurant kitchens to industrial lines turning out food by the ton. He’s seen what gets added to food at scale, and Seven Down is his answer. Small batches. Short ingredient lists. Nothing you wouldn’t recognize.
Aaron mans the stand every Thursday. Come find him and talk food in person; he’s always game. Cofounder Jack keeps the logistics and paperwork running behind the scenes.

Do you sell out?
Often, yes. We bake in small weekly batches, so the safest moves are arriving early and joining the list above.
Can I order ahead?
Not yet. Everything is first come, first served at the stand. If preorders ever open up, the list will hear about it first.
What about allergies?
Every ingredient we use is on the menu above, with a Contains line for each item. It all comes out of one home kitchen that also handles wheat, dairy, and peanuts, so cross contact is possible.
